Elizabeth began her painting education in Minneapolis, Minnesota during the 1970’s. Short coursework with Richard Lack, Atelier Lack over a period of two years inspired her to pursue a degree in Fine Arts at Colorado State University. She finalized her college education with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Planning from Arizona State University in 1983. Subsequent training at the Shemer Art Center, Phoenix and the Scottsdale Artists School expanded her repertoire of technique, and provided opportunity to grow into a style uniquely her own.

Elizabeth enjoys working in watercolor with pastel, and ala prima oils. She has shown her work in the Scottsdale Artist School’s Best and Brightest show, 2007 and was honored with the Best in Show award for a piece entitled Mystic, entered in the Arizona Institute of Architects juried show, 2008.

Elizabeth strives to improve and develop professionally with each piece, and delights in her clients’ enjoyment of her paintings. She currently resides and works in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and two daughters.
